A fun sporting event for the ICM teams!

As part of our efforts to strengthen cohesion and well-being at work, ICM organised a team-building activity based around padel , a dynamic and accessible sport that brings together beginners and experienced players alike. Between friendly matches, team spirit and good cheer, our employees were able to share a special moment outside the professional setting This activity helped to: strengthen collaboration between colleagues, encourage mutual support and communication, create shared memories in a relaxed atmosphere.
